About the RSA Training Course.

This unit (SITHFAB009A) covers the Responsible Service of Alcohol skill and knowledge requirements common to all States and Territories. Some legal requirements and knowledge will be different between the different states and therefore the reason behind the different state requirements. Check your state requirements here

All people who undertake the training as part of the National Qualification include the sale and service of alcohol must complete this unit.

What is RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)

The Liquor Harm Minimisation Act was developed by Government in 1986 and this along with the RSA Training amendments of 2003 help to ensure hospitality employees have the necessary training and knowledge to identify intoxicated patrons, prevent excessive intoxication and if required refuse service.
